At Love n Light, we are committed to providing transformative spiritual and healing experiences. We understand that plans can change; however, because our services involve dedicated time and preparation, we have established the following policy to ensure fairness to both our clients and our healers.
You may cancel or reschedule your individual session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund (minus any payment gateway processing fees, if applicable).
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or "No-Shows," are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled without a new booking.
Technical Issues: If a session is interrupted due to technical issues on our end, we will offer a reschedule at no extra cost or a full refund.
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the workshop start date: 90% refund (10% admin fee deducted).
Cancellations made between 2 to 7 days before the start date: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop: Non-refundable.
Once access to a workshop or training materials (PDFs, recordings, or live sessions) has been granted, the fee is strictly non-refundable.
If Love n Light cancels a workshop for any reason, participants will receive a 100% refund.
All refund requests must be sent via email to lovenlight.in@gmail.com with your Order ID and payment receipt.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.) used during the transaction.
