Rajesh Gupta is a spiritual practitioner and guide whose journey bridges scientific training and inner exploration. Though graduated as a Mechanical Engineer, his natural inclination has always been toward spirituality. Since 2007, he has been practicing and sharing Reiki, Meditation, Self-Awareness and Holistic Living, inspired by the wisdom of the Theosophical Society and spiritual masters such as Osho, Ramana Maharshi, and J. Krishnamurti. He now offers his guidance and support to those who feel called toward healing, growth, and self-awareness.
On the path of self-empowerment since 2008, Jyoti Gupta integrates practices such as Self-Awareness Meditation, Isha Kriya, Vipassana, yogic breathing, Yoga Nidra, Sun Yoga, and Violet Breath, along with healing modalities including EFT, Ho’oponopono, acupressure, naturopathy (basic), and BodyTalk. Through trainings, sessions, and workshops, she supports inner healing, balance, and empowerment through awareness and energy practices. She is also associated with I’N’U Women’s Club India, contributing to women’s health, happiness, safety, and security.
“Living with awareness is pure bliss. It is this realization that inspires her to connect with a greater cause—to spread love and light wherever she goes.”
